On our first full day in Prague we were given a tour of the HradËany (Castle of Prague) area. We started the tour at a monestary at the top of the castle area and walked down.
Photos below were taken on the Castle grounds. The castle is currently offices for the President and other government functions.

Below the castle is Malá Strana (small city) and the Charles bridge. The Charles bridge leads accross the Vltava (Moldau) to Nové Mêsto (Old Town). An accordian player and his dog. The next day we took an optional tour to Karl's Bad. Karl's Bad is a famous spa town where the nobels and notibles spend time. Mozart and Beetoven were among the notables who frequented the spa.
The 3rd day we toured the city and in the evening went to here a Saxophone Quintet at the Klementinum. The Klementinum was a monestary and is now a library. The performance was in the mirror chapel (photo below).

We spent the rest of our time there touring the city on foot and via the public transportation (metro and trams).
